Five Students Invited to DE Governor's School for 艺术
阅读更多Congratulations to sophomores Andres Ramos, 奥黛丽邹, Valentina Ramos, CC Kittila, and Daniel Qi for earning spots in this summer's very prestigious Governor's School for Excellence. The Delaware Governor's School for Excellence is a one-week summer program that brings together academically and artistically talented Delaware high school students who have completed their sophomore year. Students are nominated to participate in Governor’s School through their schools via a competitive application process. Andres was nominated and chosen for the academic program, Audrey and Valentina nominated and chosen for the visual arts program, CC剧院, and Daniel for music. Students can only be nominated for one category in either the academic or arts program. -
Archmere Students Win Twenty-Two Scholastic Writing Awards
阅读更多In this year's Scholastic Writing Awards, ten Archmere students earned twenty-two awards across several different categories, including: Personal Essay and Memoir, 诗歌, 短篇小说, Writing Portfolio, Flash小说, 幽默, and the Critical Essay. Submitted work was reviewed and recognized by a panel of creative professionals, and awarded for its outstanding merit in originality, 技能, and the emergence of your personal voice and vision. -
Katelyn Pei '27 Places Third at NHD State Level Contest
阅读更多Each year more than half a million students participate in the National History Day Contest. Students select a historical topic related to a chosen annual theme, and then conduct primary and secondary research. Katelyn Pei ’27 placed third at the state level contest for Delaware for her paper titled, “Angel Island: The Pacific Gateway that Forever Changed America.”
